FINEV CREDIT GATHERING AUTHORIZATION

1. AUTHORIZATION AND CONSENT
1.1 Binding Authority
By indicating Your agreement to these terms (for example, by clicking the button where You accept this credit gathering authorization) You represent that You are authorized on behalf of Yourself and the business listed in Your application (individually "You" or "Your" or collectively, the "Applicant") to make and submit representations regarding the Applicant to Finev, Inc., its representatives, subsidiaries, and affiliates (collectively, "Finev") and to third-party lenders, finance companies, or other third parties that are involved with or provide commercial loans (individually a "Recipient" or collectively "Recipients").
1.2 Review Authorization
You authorize Finev and Recipients to conduct, obtain, receive, and process a review of You and/or Your business that Finev or any Recipient considers appropriate to process Your application for business-purpose financial products.
2. INFORMATION COLLECTION AND SHARING
2.1 Credit Reports and Financial Information
As part of this review, You authorize Finev and Recipients to obtain consumer/personal and/or business and investigative financial and credit reports from one or more consumer reporting agencies (including, but not limited to, TransUnion, Experian, Equifax, Plaid Check and Dun and Bradstreet) and from other credit bureaus, banks, creditors and other third parties about You and Your business. You further authorize and understand that Finev and Recipient, respectively and individually, may obtain statements from creditors, financial institutions, and other third parties, as well as other information about You and Your business, including credit card processor statements and bank statements.
2.2 Plaid Services Authorization
Finev uses Plaid Inc. and Plaid Check ("Plaid") to gather your data from financial institutions. By using the Service, you grant Finev the right, power, and authority to act on your behalf to access and transmit your personal and financial information from your relevant financial institution. You agree to your personal and financial information being transferred, stored, and processed by Plaid.
3. ONGOING AUTHORIZATION AND VERIFICATION
3.1 Continuing Authorization
You authorize Finev and Recipients to obtain Your credit report, during review of any application submitted via www.finev.co, including any subdomains, any co-branded websites, or any other website where this Credit Gathering Authorization may be agreed to, during the closing of any financial product, or at various times during the term of the financial product(s) You receive in connection with its servicing or enforcement. This authorization shall constitute Your written instructions under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, as amended.
3.2 Information Verification
You further authorize Finev and each Recipient to contact third parties to verify any information provided in Your credit report or otherwise submitted to Finev or Recipients in connection with Your application for financial products.
4. REPRESENTATIONS AND ACKNOWLEDGMENTS
4.1 Information Accuracy
You confirm that the information You have provided to Finev as part of Your application, as well as any subsequent information that might be submitted as part of Your application, is true and correct and may be relied upon by Finev and Recipients in their consideration of Your application.
4.2 Misrepresentation
Any misrepresentation that You make in conjunction with the information You submit may be viewed as fraud, and as such may be punishable by law.
